Sidewalk Snow Removal

It is the homeowners responsibility to clear their sidewalks of snow within forty-eight (48) hours after the snow ceases to fall.  Not only is this a requirement of the HOA but also the City of Flagstaff.  Please do YOUR part to keep the sidewalks safe in the Railroad Springs 66 HOA community.

Revised and Restated Declaration – CC&R’S

October 30, 2019

It has come to our attention that some of our homeowners did not receive the correct information with the recent Amended and Restated Declaration mailing.  A number of you, in addition to materials for Railroad Springs 66 HOA, received a set of Rules and Regulations, effective January 1, 2020 for the JO DON MHC which is located at 5250 N. Hwy 89.   Our third party mailing service inadvertently included this document in your packet.  Our sincere apologies for this error.

There have been a multitude of comments on social media (Facebook, Next Door) about the proposed changes to the Association’s governing documents.  Many of these comments are in response to the Rules and Regulations updates for JO DON MHC, not Railroad Springs.

Bulk pick-up occurs once every four weeks. Please visit http://www.flagstaff.az.gov more detailed information. Do not place items out more than 48 hrs before the designated date, items must be at curbside by 6:00 am on the designated date. No exceptions.

We have been advised that the park is being used by folks who are not members of the Railroad Springs 66 HOA community. We are working on a solution for this issue but would welcome your suggestions and thoughts. Thank you for you continued patience as we work forward to resolve this issue.
